5.1. Changing Password

To change the password follow these steps

• Go to www.onasurveys.com, but do not log in.
  
  
• Click on "Forgot Password " next to the login button.
  
  
• Enter your email address and new password.
  
  
• Go to your email to activate the new password.
  

5.2. Updating Account Information

You can change your password online, but if you need to have other details changed please contact us via email at support@onasurveys.com and tell us what you would like to have changed.
