There are a number of different subscription options available. The FREE demo option provides the full functionality of www.onasurveys.com, so you can see how efficient it is. When you register you are by default provided a Demo subscription.
If you want to be able to export a full data-set you need a paid subscription.

Your subscription will be treated as 'non-commercial' if your email address is associated with a non-profit organisation, educational institution or similar. The Commercial and Non-Commercial subscription offer the same functionality.
The Consultant subscription includes the additional abliity to send surveys on behalf of another person, e.g. project sponsor.
